Stuffed Pork Tenderloin wrapped in Crispy Pancetta stuffed in Broccoli Rabe, Red Peppers and Asiago Cheese, Served with Gorgonzola Mashed

Cremosa al Cioccolato – Chocolate Sponge Cake topped with Creamy Chocolate Mousse and Chocolate Flakes
